Where It All Began...
Throughout my military career, I have had the ability to travel all around the world. During these travels, I have discovered that America probably ranks in the lowest 1/3 of all countries I visited personally when it comes to citizen health and wellness. In some countries, the primary mode of travel is by bicycle, while in other countries, walking is preferable. In America, if we have a vehicle, we are more than likely spending plenty of our moving days in it.
Secondly, after 22 years of watching members of the United States Armed Forces struggle passing their physical fitness tests, being over their allotted weight limit and generally being out of shape; I decided that I wanted to help people; not just military men and women to reach their health and wellness goals in any way I could.
All too often, I’ve seen both males and females struggle when it comes to eating right, figuring out how to achieve their desired body weight and how to properly maintain their weight once they have finally achieved it. I started out as a certified personal trainer in 1999 and I really enjoyed assisting my first clients located at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. After getting several years of personal training experience with good success under my belt; I still wanted to assist as many people I could so I started CL3 Fitness LLC in 2011.
The More You Know…
Building a relationship between a trainer and a trainee is very important to me but not as important as gaining ones trust during the process. I have been a certified personal trainer since 1997 and a certified master fitness trainer since 2005. Here at CL3 Fitness we are dedicated to our Fitness Family. Deciding to get in shape and lose weight is easy. The hard part is actually sticking to that commitment. Getting fit has never been easier! You can achieve great things with or without gym equipment, provided you have the right technical guidance and mental support. CL3 Fitness specializes in educating clients on healthy weight loss, exercise routines, and staying fit. There are serious health problems that stem from being overweight and out of shape that go way beyond the common ones we usually hear about such as diabetes, heart disease and high cholesterol. Being overweight can also affect a person's joints, breathing, sleep, moods, and energy levels. This can impact your entire quality of life. CL3 Fitness will work with you to help you achieve your fitness needs.
