1 How do I stay motivated? By tracking your progress whether it be good or bad. Keep a daily journal of your workouts and make adjustments monthly.
2. Why can’t I lose weight? Everyone’s body type is different. Therefore, what works for others may not work for you. All trainers must understand and manage that properly. Without a knowledgeable trainer, you will not progress positively.
3. Do I really need to pay a trainer? Yes, if you really want some a professional and knowledgeable assistant to help you with reaching your health and wellness related goals while keeping you accountable.
4. When is the best time to start? Now, there is no better time than the present. The longer you wait, the longer it will take to get you into your new body.
